All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
United States
US orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in California via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Central and East Coast: 3–6 business days
- Cost: free on all orders
International
We ship outside the United States, but we want to be straightforward about what that means. International orders are fulfilled from a separate warehouse and take considerably longer.
- Delivery: 10–20 business days
- Customs duties and import taxes: not included, and payable by the customer
- Tracking: provided, though updates can be slower than on domestic shipments
If a fast delivery matters to you and you are outside the US, please take these timeframes into account before ordering.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can extend these estimates. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email us and we will chase it for you.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to the warehouse because the address was wrong, we can reship it once you cover the second shipping cost.
